About i5virus: The story so far…
Silic Financial, leading financial services provider, has been hit by a major breach of security. During the attack, massive amount of corportate data were stolen, including more than 46 million customer records from Silic’s comsumer banking division.
The attack appears to have involved both some onsite infiltration that provided direct access to the company’s systems and the use of a custom crafted virus, dubbed the « i5virus » by investigators. Initial leads indicate that a sophisticated crime syndicate is behind the attack and that it may have originated in Asia. Authorities have called upon you to head the global investigation.
